Nova Poshta App

Nova Poshta is the largest logistics company in Ukraine, with the chain of more than 6000 branches. With the growth of e-commerce market in the form of both large retailers represented by online stores, as well as marketplaces for small and medium-sized businesses, logistics in Ukraine is actively developing, and the company's electronic trading and transport invoice and open API system allow to automate the processes from receiving shipments in offices to solving the problem of last mile.

The company's audience is about 200,000 inhabitants of Ukraine, who need a new tool for constant communication with the brand and all the services in one product, because the dynamic development of native mobile platforms requires the company to be present in the market of mobile solutions.

Track and manage shipments

All current and past shipments of the user and complete information about them in one place, online monitoring of the status of the shipment and the possibility of changing the place and time of arrival, registration of the return of the parcel to the sender before its arrival to the office.

Branch Map and Schedule

Display of the entire chain of branches in the country with work schedules, services available, and size constraints, calculation of the nearest branches and navigation to them.

Call of a courier

Possibility to create a request for arrival of the courier to pickup the parcel at the address of the client.

Cost calculation

Cost calculator of the parcel by parameters (dimensions, estimated cost) with additional services and display of prices for all available delivery options through the branch offices or courier services.

Creating shipments

Possibility of shipment registration and group registers of shipments in the application with the setting of additional services (in particular, money transfer directly to the bank card as a return delivery) for the convenience of senders and for the reduction of the load on the branch offices during the shipment processing.

Payment in the application

Connection of the customer's bank cards to the application as a payment method even before the arrival time of the shipment to the branch office or the recipient's address.


Keeping the user informed of changes to the status of shipment in the application, news about the work of branches, and company’s promotions via push notifications.

  2. Since its release, the application has more than 6 million downloads and more than 2 million active users.
  3. The product has become a catalyst for automation and changes of business processes within the company "Nova Poshta". A number of innovations were implemented in the work of branches in the form of express cash desks to minimize queues using QR code scanning and the use of iBeacon technology.
  4. Notifications save tens of thousands of dollars in mailings, the company completely refused to issue plastic loyalty cards.
  5. The application has quickly transformed from the company's image tool into a business tool for its clients. Small and medium-sized business users create and track thousands of shipments per month through the app.
  6. While working with users’ feedback and analytics, it was decided to develop a new version that will take into account all new challenges.
